 NAVIGON has launched a brand new navigation software designed specifically for drivers of lorries, motor homes and caravans to help them reach their destinations quickly and safely.
The NAVIGON Truck Navigation software allows drivers to plan their routes in over 20 European countries1, whilst avoiding small villages or low bridges which can cause major hassle for large vehicles.

Available as a download with the NAVIGON 6310 and 8410, this brand new NAVIGON tool offers a wide range of specialist features including:
Personal profile building – Before starting your journey, you can enter your vehicle specifications which may affect travel along certain routes. Specifications include size, height and length, maximum axle load, vehicle and trailer weight and whether you are carrying any hazardous goods. The navigation software will then find the best route based on this information and if necessary, guide you to your destination via alternative routes avoiding narrow roads or low bridges 
POIs – The NAVIGON Truck Navigation is able to notify drivers of over 24,000 points of interest2 including 24 hour petrol stations offering HGV diesel and pumps, refreshment stops, details of clearance height at service stations and lorry washing facilities
NAVIGON MyReport – If a driver comes across any new road blocks, routes where hazardous materials are not permitted or changes to maximum height clearance en route, they can share this information with other NAVIGON users by uploading these updates to the NAVIGON Fresh portal. This allows other NAVIGON users to download this up-to-date information onto their own devices
